Postcard from the Saturday Market

Eugene's Saturday Market is a colorful place to spend the day (and, alas, an easy way to spend far too much money on crafts, food, and organic goodies):

We were all excited to find a food stand dedicated solely to tofu!
. . . .

Fortunately, we dressed appropriately to match the colors, fabrics, and styles of the Market goods.
. . . .

Our oldest shows off her henna dragon.
. . . .

And a pegasus-unicorn (pegacorn, unisus?) is just the right henna for our youngest.
. . . .

A local potter demonstrated how to make turtles out of clay, and Grandma leaned in to learn a bit more, too.
. . . .

Fabric origami crafted by a local artisan.
. . . .

What's a good, organic market without crystals of all shapes, sizes, and colors?!
. . . .

Up next: A visit to a friend's flower garden.
